What does fresh mean to Lulu and Daisy? Mutton
Our meals are prepared in human food facilities, where each recipe is gently cooked at low temperatures according to human-grade standards. They’re then quickly frozen for safe shipping and your storage convenience. Since we package and deliver your meals on a convenient subscription, your food is truly made fresh and never contains preservatives which allow kibble to sit on a shelf for years at a time. Sometimes things just work out to be a win-win.
How do I place an order for your fresh meal service? Mutton
Placing an order is easy! Simply visit our website, fill up the registration form, select the meal plan that best suits your dog's needs, and proceed to checkout. You can choose the frequency of delivery and customise your order as desired. In the case of customisations, we will contact you to discuss in detail.
How often will I receive deliveries? Mutton
Delivery frequency can be customised to suit your preferences. You can choose to receive deliveries weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your dog's consumption and your convenience.

Can I change my shipment to another location which is not my home? Mutton
Yes, you can let us know minimum 3 working days prior and we will deliver to the address of your choosing subject to it being within Mumbai and serviceable areas.
Can I change the quantity or when my order will arrive next? Mutton
Changes to your order can be made 3 working days before your next expected delivery.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime? Mutton
Travelling or need to pause/cancel your subscription? You may cancel with a minimum of 1 week notice.
How should I store the fresh food upon delivery? Mutton
Upon delivery, store the fresh food in the refrigerator or freezer according to the instructions provided. Our packaging is designed to maintain freshness and quality during transit and storage.
How long does the fresh food stay fresh? Mutton
Our fresh food is made using preservative-free ingredients and is intended to be consumed within 24 hours from opening (stored in fridge) a month if kept frozen. Please refer to the INFO KIT section on our website for more information.
Do I need to refrigerate the food? Mutton
Yes! Since our food is truly made fresh and we donʼt use any preservatives, itʼs essential that you treat it like real food (because it is!). Keep the food at a safe temperature in a refrigerator or freezer. Your box will also include an easy guide on how to store and feed the food properly (it’s very simple!).
Do I need to cook or heat the food? Mutton
No need, our food is pre-portioned and ready-to-serve! You can serve it directly from the fridge or add a touch of hot water if your dog prefers warm food.
What should I do with the food pouches when I receive them? Mutton
Place 1 pouch which is to be fed the following day in the fridge. Remaining pouches should be kept in the freezer and removed only 24 hours prior to the next feed. To defrost, simply place the pouch in the fridge and open only when ready to be consnumed.
How do I transition my dog to a fresh food diet? Mutton
Transition with feeding your dog 25 percent of our meal and 75 percent of their old diet for 3 days. After that 50 percent of our meal and 50 percent of their olddiet for the next 3 days, following that, 75 percent of our meal and 25 percent of their diet for the last 3 days. Finally, on the 10th day you can give the dog 100 percent of our food.
Why should I transition my dog to a new diet? Mutton
We recommend gradually transitioning your dog to a fresh food diet over the course of 9 days to minimise digestive upset. Start by mixing a small amount of fresh food with your dog's current diet and gradually increase the proportion of fresh food while decreasing the old diet.
What if my dog has trouble adjusting to the new diet? Mutton
If your dog experiences any difficulties during the transition process, such as digestive upset or refusal to eat, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We're here to help you and your dog make the transition smoothly.
Can I give my dog one meal of Lulu and Daisy and one of a different food? Mutton
Yes you can however, we strongly recommend you stick to one type of food post a transition.
