IN STOCK POLICY:
In stock means all product required to "make" your item is "In Stock".  We are a Special Order Company.  Everything is customized. We process your order and create your order after you place your order. We ask you to please use care when placing your order.
 
RETURN POLICY:
In the event merchandise needs to be exchanged or returned, please request a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number within 7 days of the delivery date by emailing laurie@luluanddaisy.com.  
 Your email should include your order number and item (listed by number) being returned.   We will email you a RMA number within 24 hours of receipt of your request.  
Please make sure your RMA number is listed on the mailing label and on a letter in the inside of the box.  The letter should also state the reason for return. 

We will issue a full credit (minus shipping charges) on merchandise returned in its original condition if mailed back within 5 days of the date you receive the RMA number. However, if a package is received after 5 days, a 30% restocking fee will apply.  Shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must have a RMA number.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON PERSONALIZED MERCHANDISE

Lulu and Daisy™ reserves the right to deem merchandise as unacceptable for return if found to be used, damaged, or mishandled.
For your protection, you should send your return prepaid via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS.  Please insure your return and keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for damaged returns or returns sent via a non-trackable method.
